It went…. Okay.
25:40 for the 3.14 miles. I ran it faster last year.
On a good note: I only walked 3 times for 20 seconds each. No stops, no extended walking. AND my calves didn’t lock up on me until after the race.
whidbette asked: 1. 4 minutes of sit ups, 2. 30 reps psoas strengthener, 3. 1 minute of plank, 4. 50 bicycles, 5.3 reps of 10 triceps push ups, 6. 3 reps of 30 one footed squats. Boo-Ya!

thats all I did tonight
or rather, I ate too much (some healthy and some not-so-healthy) food this weekend.
I feel like a slug today. Had shredded wheat for breakfast and a banana and some trail mix for lunch. Dinner will be leftovers (I do NOT waste good food), but the quantity is pretty small and I will intentionally not add to it.
Here’s to being more responsible with my diet.
